In-Person Subject Study Space

Looking for an air-conditioned space to study or work in? Genesee Meeting Rooms will be available for use this summer. All guidelines must be followed, including not moving furniture and no eating. Masks must be worn at all times even when study rooms are only being utilized by one person as additional students may enter the room at any time. It is not required to sign up ahead of time, but all participants must individually swipe into the room to record attendance. If the room is at maximum occupancy, no additional students may enter.


Schedule

Study Rooms available for the Summer until 6 p.m. on August 8.

The following study spaces are available as general study areas daily from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. :

  • Genesee: 308, 309, & 321

For all study rooms, swipe your ID to enter and follow the posted rules. Food is not allowed and furniture cannot be moved. Masks must be worn at all times, even when study rooms are only being utilized by one person, as additional students may enter the room at any time. Rooms have posted occupancy limits that must be followed.


Request a Room for a Remote Class or Private Appointment

A form is available for students who need a space to participate in an online class and do not have sufficient time due to course schedules to return to a personal space (e.g. room in Residence Hall, apartments, office) or for one-time private appointments such as CARE meetings, Conduct or academic honesty meetings, job interviews, telehealth or teletherapy appointments, Title IX meetings, or advisor meetings.
