Area Offices and Service Desks

Residential Life main office

The main office for the Office for Residential Life and Housing Services is located in 020 Gates Wing, Susan B. Anthony Hall. The entrance is on the left hand side of the building, close to Genesee Hall. This office is home to housing operations, the director level staff, graduate housing, and off-campus housing.

The main office can assist students with:

  • Assignments
  • Room changes
  • Billing
  • Card access
  • Any occupancy needs

The area offices serve more as the day-to-day operations of the hall and can assist you with:

  • Key needs
  • Facilities
  • Staffing
  • Personal concerns
  • Anything that has to do with living in your area

This is also where the area director, and, in some offices, the associate directors work.

First-Year Hill Area Office

The First-Year Hill Area Office is located in Susan B. Anthony Hall. Once you enter, turn right and go down the hallway leading to Morgan Wing to find this office in 104 Morgan Wing.

If you are looking to check out after hours, the service desk in Susan B. Anthony Hall just to the right after you enter has a drop box in which you can fill out a check out envelope and securely deposit your key. This area is accessible 24 hours a day by residents.

Quad Area Office

The Quad Area Office is located between Gilbert and Hoeing Halls in 100 Gilbert Hall. There are entrances on Faculty Road (shown above) and from inside the Residential Quad (shown below).

If you are looking to check out after hours, the service desk is located just inside the vestibule in the entrance from inside the Residential Quad and has a drop box in which you can fill out a check out envelope and securely deposit your key. This area is accessible 24 hours a day by residents.

Jackson Court Area Office

The Jackson Court Area Office is located in 114 O’Brien Hall. If you enter through the main doors, the area office will be directly in front of you.

The area office for Hill Court and Southside Apartments is located in 110 Gale House in Hill Court. Once you enter Gale house, the area office is just to your left.

If you are looking to check out after hours, the drop box is located just next to the area office door. There is a station in which you can fill out a check out envelope and securely deposit your key in the box. This area is accessible 24 hours a day by residents.

There is also an ancillary check out area in Southside Apartments at the Valentine Service Desk just inside Valentine Tower.

The Bridge Area Office

The Bridge Area Office is located in the basement room B114 of Sigma Epsilon House on the Fraternity Quad. Residents can enter through this door (pictured above) on Fraternity Road. The area office is down the hallway and to the right from when you enter.

If you are looking to check out after hours, there is a drop box located just next to the area office door as well as outside of Sig Ep next to that entry door. There is a station in which you can fill out a check out envelope and securely deposit your key in the box.

There is also an ancillary check out area in Riverview Apartments located in Building A (pictured below) When you enter building A go straight and you will see this slot on the wall.
